Matrixyl 3000 and Progeline - peptides that make the skin elastic

When it comes to skin firming, there are over 200 peptides to chose from. But Matrixyl 3000 is one of the most well known and well-loved in the beauty industry. A mix of Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 and Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 it lowers skin inflammation and promotes collagen production.

While Matrixyl 3000 is the classic favorite produced by the esteemed French company Sederma, Progeline is the newcomer to the market. I decided to include Progeline in CUKIER Under-Eye Serum, as it's one of the few peptides promoting skin firmness in addition to skin elasticity.

Progeline helps to manage skin cells in their final stages of activity - when they no longer function correctly, but are not yet going though apoptosis (the natural process of cell death and replacement). When cells are in their final stages, they tend to become a source of free radicals and disrupt skin function. Progeline mitigates this situation, helping to achieve firmer and more elastic skin.
